Responsibility carried through the steel package.

Working to ModCom's modular structural system under Marra Construction's main contract, Morgan Steel produced the repeat steel frame packages for four classroom buildings. The steel was fabricated and coated in Tauranga, then delivered to ModCom's Tauriko facility for the next stage of modular production.

Repeat fabrication

Every connection has to land again.

A modular frame is not successful because the first unit fits. Base frames, portals, support angles and connection plates must remain consistent across the production run so each wall, floor and roof assembly can move cleanly into the next stage. Rangitāiki demonstrates that repeat discipline across 23 structural bays.
