Morgan schedules the fix to help keep the contractor moving, then assesses responsibility properly—and owns it when the issue belongs to Morgan.

Morgan’s 10-year workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer-backed coating warranties—typically 25 years for most specified systems, subject to the applicable conditions.

Before you enquire
What areas does Morgan Steel service?
Morgan Steel is based in Tauranga and focuses on structural steel projects across the Bay of Plenty.
Do drawings need to be final before we get in touch?
No. You can contact Morgan Steel early to discuss timing and upcoming availability. Drawings are required before an accurate estimate can be prepared, but they do not need to be final to start the conversation.
Does Morgan Steel provide structural engineering or sign-off?
No. Morgan Steel fabricates and erects structural steel from documents prepared and approved by the project’s structural engineer.
What project documentation is provided?
Project documentation can include material certificates and traceability records, coating records, third-party inspection records where required, safety documentation, delivery schedules and final completion documentation.
