Coastal community facility · 2025
Morgan Steel fabricated, supplied and installed the complete structural steel package under contract to Livingstone Building—including the distinctive yellow raking columns, supporting steel, chemically anchored baseplates, custom steel-to-timber interfaces and the structural stair package.
Education & recreation · 2016–2017
Morgan Steel fabricated, supplied and erected the complete structural steel package for ACG Tauranga’s three-level gymnasium and surrounding classroom spaces under head contractor Hawkins Construction. The finished complex brings together an international-sized indoor court, grandstand seating, fitness and teaching spaces within one substantial steel-supported facility.

Morgan Steel delivered the complete structural steel package under contract to Marra Construction. The scope covered shop drawings, fabrication, protective coatings, structural fixings, roof purlins and bracing, delivery and onsite erection.
