Responsibility carried through the steel package.

Morgan Steel was engaged in 2024 for site measurement and preconstruction work, then fabricated, supplied and installed the strengthening steel onsite in 2025. The package extended from the base connections through the upper structure and included the new café framing.

Existing-building discipline

Measured against the building—not assumptions.

Morgan Steel's involvement began with site measurement and verification in 2024. That early work established the real interfaces before fabrication, helping the strengthening steel and new café structure fit the building uncovered onsite.
